Application Process

Here at Express, we know that finding employment can be a stressful process. We try to make things as easy as possible by providing our application both online on our website and paper applications in our office. We offer paper applications in both English and Spanish versions.

In order to complete the application, applicants will need:

  • Employment history to account for the last 10 years
  • Dates of employment for each employment entry ( start date: mm/yyyy, end date: mm/yyyy)
  • Phone numbers for each previous employer
  • A detailed description of job duties
  • Applicant’s income requirements
  • Three business references (previous or current co-workers, managers, or supervisors)

Once the application has been completed, it will be reviewed by Express Employment staff. Each position that Express has available may have certain experience requirements as determined by the client who requests the employee. If our staffing consultants feel that they have a position that meets the applicant’s level of experience, availability, and income requirements, the applicant will be asked to come in for an interview. In order to proceed with an interview, the applicant must have two documents deemed acceptable by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, like a valid driver’s license and Social Security card.
